What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the item and on the packaging. Stock configurations start lower than private-label runs, because printing and pouch setup are one-time costs. Tell us the item and we will quote at two quantities so you can see the difference.
Can you produce under our own brand?
Yes. Logo on the case, pouch printing, insert cards and carton marks are all included in the quoted unit price rather than added as extras afterwards.
Which certificates come with the goods?
CE and ISO 13485 certificates, FDA documentation where the line is listed, plus a COA and MSDS for each batch. A certificate of origin is issued for customs.
Can we visit or audit the factory?
Yes. We are at No. 20 Zijing Road, Suchen Town, Taizhou, Jiangsu — about two hours from Shanghai by train, close enough that an audit fits into a single afternoon.
How long does production take?
Stock items usually leave within about a week for small volumes. Private-label runs depend on artwork approval and material lead time, and the schedule is written into the proforma invoice.
Can you send samples before we place an order?
Yes. Stock samples are sent against a freight account. For custom work we make a pre-production sample with your artwork and nothing goes into production until you approve it in writing.
Do you have FDA or CE documentation for our market?
We hold CE certificates and ISO 13485, and FDA documentation for the lines that are listed. Send the destination and the product line; we will confirm in writing exactly which documents apply before you order.
What are your payment terms?
Terms are agreed per order and written into the proforma invoice — typically a deposit with the balance against the shipping documents. We do not change terms after production starts.
How do you handle quality control?
Incoming material checks on gram weight and absorbency, in-line checks on seal strength and count, and sterility release from our own microbiology laboratory before packing.
What shipping terms do you quote?
FOB, CIF and EXW are all quoted from the same costed configuration, so you can compare them directly. Tell us the destination port and we will price the option that suits your volume.
Can you combine several items in one container?
Yes. Mixed containers are normal for distributors — we plan the pallet layout so cartons from different lines load together without wasting volume.
How do you keep repeat orders consistent?
Each batch is recorded against the original specification: gram weight, absorbency, count and packing. A reorder is matched to that record, and any material change is flagged before production.
Do you have GOTS or organic cotton options?
Yes, GOTS-certified cotton is available for lines where the certificate is part of the buying decision. Confirm the requirement on the enquiry so the correct material is quoted.
Which languages can the packaging be printed in?
English, Arabic, French, Spanish and Russian are routine. Send the approved text and we will set it to the dieline and return a proof for sign-off.
